Holding
Internal transfers (0%)
Moving materials between group entities — no commission, logistics only.
A transfer between holding subsidiaries is not a market deal: the platform commission is 0%, only delivery is paid. Demand is first covered inside the group and only then by the external market.
- A subsidiary’s buyer searches — group stock is shown first.
- The transfer request goes to the stock owner for approval.
- Logistics is calculated by the same carriers as market orders.
- Transfer paperwork is executed directly between the group’s entities.
The economics
Every demand closed inside the group is an external purchase that never happened: typical savings are 15–30% of procurement budget on reused items.
