01Escrow

What happens to the money before the goods are accepted?

The buyer's funds are held in a protected partner-bank account until acceptance is confirmed. The seller is paid only after the buyer inspects the goods and confirms they match the declared specifications. If discrepancies are found, a dispute procedure involving the platform's experts is triggered.

How does the AI normalize the items in my price list?

The model recognizes abbreviations, alternative spellings of the same item, GOST and TU standards, steel grades and DN/PN, and maps them to the platform's unified reference catalog. XLS, XLSX and CSV files of any structure are supported. Every price list goes through mapping control and disputed items go to moderation; accuracy metrics for your catalog are shown during the pilot.

03Commission

What commission is charged on a deal?

8% of the deal amount — paid by the buyer on top of the price; the seller receives 100%. The commission covers escrow settlement, moderation and counterparty verification, legal protection of the deal and support. Logistics and cargo insurance are paid separately at provider rates; there are no hidden fees. For holdings, internal transfers between subsidiaries are commission-free — only logistics is paid.

Does the platform integrate with our ERP?

Yes. The Holding plan includes two-way integration with 1C, SAP and other ERP systems via REST API, with automatic stock synchronization. The Start and Business plans support CSV export/import and scheduled imports.

How long does it take to onboard a holding?

On average 2–4 weeks: 1–2 days to sign the agreement and open the corporate account, a week to migrate warehouse stock, and 1–2 weeks to train the staff. A dedicated manager guides the project at every step.
