Creating an RFQ
When the item isn’t in the catalog — describe the need, the market responds.
An RFQ flips the search: you publish the need — nomenclature, volume, deadline and region — and verified sellers respond with offers. Best for batches and items not listed in the catalog.
- Describe the item: name, GOST/TU, quantity, required documents.
- Set the offer collection deadline and the delivery region.
- You can upload a specification file — the same normalization parses it.
- The request is anonymous: sellers see the need, not your company.
Offers gather in one place with comparison by price, lead time and completeness. The deal on the chosen offer follows the standard escrow flow.
