The AI Assistant in the workspace is not small talk: it has platform tools. It searches the catalog, calculates delivery and total cost of ownership, checks availability, sets price monitoring and prepares an order draft.

“Find a 30s41nzh DN100 gate valve in stock in Siberia” — filtered search.
“Calculate delivery to Novosibirsk” — quotes from connected carriers.
“Compare with a new one from a dealer” — market price reference and savings.
“Draft the order” — the draft appears in My Orders; you confirm it.

Dialog context is preserved: recent messages plus a summary of earlier ones. Processing stays in the Russian perimeter by default.
