Preparing the Excel file

The platform accepts XLS, XLSX and CSV of any structure — there is no rigid template: AI normalization detects the columns itself (name, quantity, units, price, condition). The cleaner the file, the higher the share of automatically recognized items.

• →One row — one item; no merged cells in the table body.
• →Names as in your ERP: GOST/TU, steel grade, DN/PN are recognized from text.
• →Numbers as numbers: quantity and price without text admixtures (put “pcs”, “rub” in separate columns).
• →If you have a manufacturer part number — add the column: it improves matching accuracy.

The file size limit is 50 MB; split a larger price list into several files. Processing progress is visible in the Upload section.
