Disputes
Dispute timelines and outcomes
What the operator can decide and how fast.
The operator reviews a dispute within 5 business days of escalation. Decisions rely on the parties’ evidence: photos, quality documents, carrier data and the deal history.
- Dispute upheld: escrow refund to the buyer — full or partial.
- Dispute rejected: escrow releases to the seller.
- Compromise: partial refund/discount by mutual consent — recorded by the platform.
The operator’s decision can be appealed as provided by law; corporate disputes fall under the Sakhalin Region Arbitration Court (see Terms of Service).
