Goods acceptance
How incoming inspection works and what to do about discrepancies.
After receiving the cargo the buyer has 14 days for acceptance: check completeness, condition and conformity to the description and quality documents. The seller is paid only after your confirmation.
- Match items against the waybill and the lot card photos.
- Check certificates and quality passports attached by the seller.
- Confirm acceptance in the order card — escrow releases to the seller.
Found a discrepancy — do not confirm acceptance: open a dispute from the order card within 7 days of receipt. Funds stay in escrow until resolution.
Auto-acceptance
If within 14 days you neither confirm acceptance nor open a dispute, the deal closes automatically in the seller’s favor.
