Deal timelines and statuses
All deal timeouts in one place — what happens automatically and when.
Every deal stage is time-boxed and all deadlines are visible in the order card. If a party misses a deadline, the platform acts automatically in favor of the affected side.
- Payment: 30 minutes after order confirmation — otherwise the hold releases.
- Seller confirmation: 24 hours — otherwise cancellation and refund.
- Shipping: 3 days after confirmation — tracked by the shipment number.
- Buyer acceptance: 14 days after receipt — then auto-acceptance.
Maximum hold — 30 days
Escrow funds cannot get stuck: the hold limit is 30 calendar days, after which the deal resolves automatically.
